The Transition Towns panels will be led by John Champagne. The Saturday session is titled “Communities Adapting to Change” with a focus on:

• History of Transition Towns
• What really is Permaculture and Peak Oil
• Film “The Power of Community”
• energy descent scenarios

The Sunday session will look at:

• South East Transition Towns (SETTS) – History of the Bega experience and update.
• Creative facilitation process involving group work with a focus on Braidwood and surrounding areas
• Invite Braidwood to become a Transition Town

Both sessions will be held at The Old Cheese Factory, Reidsdale.  A bus will transport people from the Festival office in Braidwood to Reidsdale and back again.
